- 01Is there parking on site?
There is ample off road parking at the front of the Pipers Rest
- 02Is there a TV in the room.?
There is a smart TV with built in DVD player and Netflix access in all rooms. You also have the option of watching TV on your own devices, using our free high speed fibre broadband connection.
- 03I am going to a wedding, is there an iron in the room?
There is no iron in the room, but we can provide you with ironing facilities on request
- 04Can I get a late check out/early check in?
Please contact us directly. While it may not always be possible, we will do our best to accommodate you.
- 05I don’t eat meat. Is there a vegetarian option for breakfast?
Yes we are able to cater for vegetarians. If you have any other dietary requirements, please let us know in advance and we will do our best to cater for you.
- 06What time is breakfast?
Breakfast is served between 8 and 9.30 am.
Booking related questions
- 01How can I book?
You can book by clicking the link on our site to booking.com or by contacting us directly by phone or by email providing details of a valid credit/debit card. If you contact us directly we will confirm your booking by email. Further details are available on the prices/rates page of our website.
- 02What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours prior to arrival by sending us an email email@example.com. We will confirm your cancellation upon receipt of your email. If you cancel within 48 hours of arrival, or simply do not show, we will charge the full amount of your stay to your credit or debit card.
- 03I booked by email but have not received confirmation. What do I do?
When we book a room we will send out confirmation on the same day. If you have not received confirmation, please contact us directly so that we can clarify the situation. A booking is only valid with email confirmation.
