Named after famous musician Finbar Furey, one of the Furey brothers, who is not only an accomplished Uilleann Piper, but also a vocalist and actor. Played on the whistle, his famous “Lonesome Boatman” captures the essence of the Wild Atlantic Way – you can even hear the seagulls cry.

The Furey room is on the first floor and a large south-facing window allows for plenty of light, affording a view out over the garden to the side of the property. Should you wish to stay indoors, selection of DVDs is available in our cosy sitting room on the ground floor where you will also find a collection of games and lots of local information to help you plan your stay in Doolin.
