PRICES  
Room rates shown here are per room, per night and include breakfast and parking. Room rates are subject to seasonal change. Prices are quoted inclusive of any VAT payable.

PAYMENT
Rooms may be reserved by phone with a valid credit/debit card. Full payment is required upon check-out. We reserve the right to pre-authorise your credit/debit card 2 days or less ahead of your arrival date. Payment on departure can be made by cash, credit or debit card. (should you wish to pay cash, please note that there is no ATM in the village).

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Check-in time - our standard check-in times are between 3pm and 7pm. If you wish to arrive before 3pm, we will endeavour to arrange a check-in or hold luggage until your room is ready. If you expect to arrive after 7pm, please let us know in advance. Check-out time is 11 am.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made by email info@pipersrest.ie at least 48 hours prior to your planned arrival date to avoid any cancellation charges. If you cancel less than 48 hours before your due arrival date or simply do not arrive at the Piper’s Rest, we will charge your credit/debit card with the full value of your booking. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance, in case you need to cancel your booking at short notice. In the event of you cancelling a booking, we will send a confirmation email to you.
